A HUGE Thank You!
Just a quick note to say a HUGE thank you to everybody who took part in or contributed to this weekend’s Rochester Relay for Life!
Another fantastic turn-out and it looks like the Rochester Relay for Life Committee exceeded all expectations by beating last year’s total, with a staggering £32,000 raised for Cancer Research UK. Amazing!
My humble respect to everyone – volunteers, committee members, fundraisers, participants, survivors – who gave up their time so selflessly this weekend for such a great cause, particularly in the less than ideal conditions. I shall do a full name-check in a later post once I have sifted through and edited the 14GB of video which I captured.
However, it would be remiss of me not to give a special mention to my wife Tracy and son Glenn who, as part of Team Taggs, helped in the fight against cancer.
There is still time to do your bit by making an online contribution on the Team Taggs page – Click Here.
Together, we can beat cancer! Thank you!
