Gallery: Hoo Rocks!

If you missed it, you missed out! The inaugrual Hoo Rocks! music festival held on Saturday was a roaring success, with a myriad of musical styles and artists on display to a very responsive crowd.

The weather held, the sounds were good, and, even now, I’m still buzzing at the memories of performing with Contra-Band in front of such a fantastic audience.

There really are too many people to thank for putting this on, but it would be remiss of me not to mention the Hoo Village Events Committee, particularly Maureen Tong-Ralphs who has apparently ate, slept and breathed Hoo Rocks! for the past month or so. It was well worth all the effort.

This was a great event which really brought the community together, and it was an honour to be a part of it. I look forward to doing it all again in 2013!
